Schedule - Shambhala Meditation Center of Chicago

Join us for "Welcome to Shambhala" after Sunday morning sitting ends at noon, quarterly. We will announce the dates of the this program as they arise.

This program is especially for people new to Shambhala, but people who have been coming for a while may learn something, too. We will explain the origins of Shambaha Meditation Centers, the variety of programs offered in Chicago and at other Centers, and answer any questions you might have.

Please note that you do not have to wait for this program to come to the Center for the first time. Join us for any of our open houses, community events, or introductory level programs.
